Hi! i’m alex! i am cake decorator from Texas, and i’ve always had a passion for creativity! i have a degree in Baking & Pastry, and a love for crafting beautiful desserts! my journey began in college, where i explored into the world of baking and gained my skills. i had an amazing opportunity to study abroad in France, further expanding my expertise in pastry. It was during this time that my passion for design took shape.
i started learning how to decorate cookies and creating stencils for my own cookies! In 2017, my vision came to life as i launched Starlight Stencil Co., a shop dedicated to providing stencils for busy bakers. Fueled by a deep love for designing and helping fellow bakers, my goal is to offer everything needed to run a thriving baking business.
